Tribe Customs
This is a rundown of how we do certain things within the tribe, so that way there's never a question of our policies.
Meetings: While we do not host long drawn out meetings, we do host a weekly community "meeting" on Sundays at 7pm est which are more of a game night than a meeting. It is a great place to meet people, socialize, and interact as well as find out about new events. There will be an average of 5-10 minutes of talking, and the rest of the time will be straight gaming.
Tribe: A tribe is a "group" within the community. We are establishing ourselves to have 4 Tribes (Fire, Water, Earth, Air). Within each tribe there are up to 6 "packs". A tribe is considered "full" at 40 members, and "maxed out" at 60. This is not to separate people within the community, but to organize the community in a way that we can ENSURE that each member is having a great time!
Enemy Communities: If a community becomes a threat to us, (by hacking, harassing, poaching, etc.) we will list them in our Community Relations Area under ENEMIES. Although you will not be forced or required to remove them from your friends list, you will not be allowed to invite them to community or tribal events. (Which includes parties that have TG members unassociated with enemy community!) This is for the protection of our members. If one of your friends becomes a threat through your association, you would then be held accountable.
Recruiting: We do not believe in mass recruiting, however, sending out mass messages in order to find potential recruits is acceptable. Please play with and get to know your potential recruit prior to walking them through the website application. You may fill out applications for potential recruits. Please inform your Chief of any new recruits.
